As we enter into this last quarter of the year 2006, we should be reflecting on our progress and future as leaders relative to forming churches as well as ministries that impact the communities and the world in which we live. A principal matter in this regard is our ability to forecast and to prepare ourselves as well as our leaders and ministers for the ministry required in this era of the church. Most certainly, there are changes of perception and culture that require study, prayer and training. To reach this generation and to preserve the integrity of spiritual legacy we must be prepared to address the issues that disable the effectiveness of our outreach.

It has been our intent to equip the body with information as well as instruction relative to the above mentioned needs. The Pastor & Church Leadership Summit was envisioned as a place and time of developing leaders, pastors and ministers within the church.

As a fellow pastor, I encourage you and your leaders and ministers to consider the value of attending the Pastor & Church Leadership Summit in Myrtle Beach on Wednesday, March 14 to Saturday, March 17, 2007. The Conference Committee for the 2007 Leadership Summit invites you and/or leaders at your church to submit proposals for presentations at the conference in Myrtle Beach. All interested persons are encouraged to come to Myrtle Beach to share their ideas, case studies, policies, theory/practical/technical practices, how-to content, lessons learned, and best practices based on the program tracks designed to educate our church leaders.
